Secret Garden Pop Ups

Hi Stampers,

Wow! I must do better at keeping my blog up. It's been 7 days! Where does time fly?

I fashioned another after Amy. I just love these flowers from Secret Garden and Amy's colors were amazing! Next time I'll have to try them on water color paper. :)  What do you think?

Please ask me any questions that you may have. Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day!

Here is another card with white ribbon. I just couldn't get that twine to do what I wanted. :)

3 More Blooming With Kindness Cards

Hi Stampers,

I just couldn't wait to make more cards and here they are!!

Let me include the sizes of the cards this time.  The base is regular size A2. The next layer is 4 x 5 ¼”.   The DSP and Whisper White are 2” x 5 1/8”.  The square (almost) is 2 7/8” x 3 Whisper White (with design) This underlayer is 3” x 3 1/8”.

I wanted everything to be 1/16” less on each side besides the layer next to the A2 card. I hope this all makes sense.

Stamping Supplies here are:

Stamps: Blooming With Kindness
Papers:  Spice Cake DSP, Soft Suede, More Mustard, Pool Party, Crumb Cake,
                Blushing Bride, and Whisper White
Inks:      Blushing Bride, More Mustard, Pool Party, Soft Suede
Access:  SNAIL, Stampin Trimmer, Stamp-a-ma-jig

And here is the Rich Razzleberry card that I made earlier with a boo boo of Raspberry Ripple A2 CS.
Sorry for the mistake. I must have Raspberry on the Brain. Today is my husband's birthday, he is 47 years young, :)  and I picked him up some Raspberry cupcakes from fancy bakery!!

Blooming With Kindness Thank you's

Hi Stampers,

Today is a CASE of a card from SCS.  (Splitcoaststampers)

When I saw this card I fell in love with it because I imagined this flower in a lot of colors. I also really liked the Sycamore Street DSP that Stampin Up offered in the Spring. I decided to combine both, the colors and the stamp set, Blooming With Kindness, and this is what I came up with.

Thanks for stopping by!

Enjoy!

Tuesday Teapot Challenge for 5 - 14 - 13

Hi Stampers,

Goodness, 4 days is just too long without posting a card. I must keep better track. Although in my defense, I did mow the front and the back lawn all day the other day. :)  Just keep smiling!!

Today I made a card for the Teapot Tuesday challenge coming up May 14th over at SCS.

It's a work in progress, I think maybe adding some flowers to the front might help. :)

Enjoy!

Colors are Chocolate Chip, Garden Green, Elegant Eggplant, Wisteria Wonder,
Whisper White, and So Saffron.
Lattice embossing folder from Stampin UP!  Aqua painter and ink refills.

GEE THANKS!

Hi Stampers,

Woohoo! I'm on time today. Man that sure feels good!

This is another CAS card but it falls more in the category of the Featured Stamper over on SCS. I love that Joan used washi tape and it gave me a chance to use mine.  Of course after posting my card because I used Summer Silhouettes, the hook up after uploading took me straight over to the Summer Silhouettes category. I happen to glance at it and Low and behold, there was another stamper there that thinks like me. :D  Pretty funny right!  Here name is StampinChristy and here card can be seen here:

CRAFT ROOM AND CRAFT TABLE

Hi Stampers,

Today I'd like to share my craft table. This is very special to me because my husband helped me build it. The color is a close match to Stampin Up's Certainly Celery.

The plans can be found here:

http://ana-white.com/2010/02/plans-bedford-project-table-top-with.html

My counter top is called Crayon and I purchased it from Menards on sale.

The height of my table is 33 3/4" high including the counter top.

The counter top piece is approx 38 3/4"  x 56 3/4."

Now storing on the sides are photos on one end and magazines on the other. I originally wanted some cute little knickknacks on the inside but yeah...that didn't happen. LOL

I am really loving my craft table. It holds the Martha Stewart turn style you see in the above photo (now full of stuff), it also holds my Stampin Up turn style ink pad holder. My husband cut out two rounds and put a spinner in the middle (to act as a lazy susan type spinner) in order for me to turn my inks more easily.

My stools are square and have about a 3" top cushion. Really comfy and from Target no less. :) Like $20.

I've been picking up cute baskets at half off from Hobby Lobby in order to put some of the things that I use everyday beside me without them being knocked off into the trash. My acrylic blocks for starters, then some ink pads that don't fit on my organizer, a cute little bucket (that we painted Satin Apple Green, also Menards) to hold my prisma color pencils.

I do have a handy white storage cart from Michael's as well.

http://www.michaels.com/Mobile-Storage-Center/hd0899,default,pd.html?start=28&cgid=products-scrapbooking-storage

It serves as my adhesive holder, pop-dots and hole punch holder, various odds and ends holder. This works really well as I needed more space to hold my stuff other than the top of my table. The cart is tall so that everything is easily accessible too. I also stuff my embossing gun into the top of it when I'm done.  I will take photos and update you as I clean up my mess. LOL

My table top is very versatile. It's large enough to hold a self-healing cutting mat incase I need to cut some fabric really quick for a project. I love it because there is enough room for my stamping grid on the opposite side without having to put it away. The two turn-styles sit on the outside center. Does that make sense? :D lol

Well, there you have part of my room. I will show off the rest later as I clean it. Coming up next, drawers and desk tops from Ikea and a carpentered cabinet storage wall and the cool slat wall from Menards.  Hint, it's already white and very inexpensive. :)

Enjoy crafting Stampers!
