Quilting with Pat Sloan; Following Her Vacation 2015 BOM

Hi Stampers an Stitchers,

well, I've been making cards and so excited about it that I mailed them without taking their photo. Duh!

So here's the quilting project I've been following this year. It's my first BOM in a very long time. I'm getting better as I go. Practice makes perfect right? (chuckles)

The BOM I've been following is by Pat Sloan. You can read about Pat here.  I'm having a lot of fun following these quilt blocks. I'm making more quilts so sometimes one block a month really helps. :D

Please ask me any questions that you may have.

There are some retiring products at SU!

Here are the weekly deals!

Be sure not to miss out on your favorites.  Of course there's always a clearnace rack which I love a great deal!

No pressure what so ever! I just wanted to mention it to you for the great deals!

Hi Stampers and Stitchers,

today I made a card for a friend. She needed a baby girl look! Perfect don't you think? :-)

If you'd like a card or two, pop me an email and I'll see what I can come up with. You can make a donation and I'll pay it forward.

The Pistachio Pudding CS is retired but Pear Pizazz would be perfect too!

The Pretty in Pink Stitched Ribbon is also retired but a nice alternative would be Pink Pirouette 1/2" Seam Binding Ribbon

The pistachio pudding is prettier and more subtle in person. I'm not sure why blogger changed the color of the photo. :-)

Paper: Pink Pirouette, Whisper White, and Pistachio Pudding (retired)

Accessories: Pretty In Pink Stiched Ribbon (reitred), Tea Lace Paper Doilies

Hi Stampers and Stitchers,

Today I have a very fun graduation card to show you. I used Stampin up Simpy Scored Diagonal Scoring Plate  and Stampin Up Simply Scored. These items made this card a breeze to make. Loved it!!
So much so that I made two!! :D

I followed this tutorial Graduation Cap.

And here are my caps!! Pretty cute!!

I'm going to fold and place bills in the pocket of the card. A $20 a $1 and a $5 for 2015! Just spiffy!

I saw that idea on the net. There are lots of ideas on Pinterest also.   I also found another couple of ideas for credit cards and more money ideas.

This card is here.

This card is here.

As always, Happy Crafting and Thanks for stopping by!
